The way the world seeks or defines blessing is not the way blessing truly comes. 

Following Jesus confuses people of the world sometimes because they can't hear His influence on our life.

Be cautious about the dangers of sin and evil. 

When you look at the complexity of creation, you realize there had to be an intelligence involved. 

Who do you offer encouragement? 

What we take into our spiritual life is as important as what we breathe

We can learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of others or repeat them.

Live a life that can be cheered for.

Applying the word is how we plant it. To read it and do nothing with it is a waste. 

People pay attention to the person you are, and some will follow your example. 

God has a plan for you and it is wise to consult Him. 

We have a God given need for fellowship.  

Being thankful in the good and bad times makes a difference in your walk with Christ

People see not only what you do but who you are by what you do. 

God remakes us from what we were to what we need to be. 

Staying ignorant about the word of God is a choice. 

Life has it's seasons and every season has something special about it. 

Sometimes the best things are the most basic. 

Finding and fulfilling your purpose brings meaning to life. 

What is slothfulness and how do we avoid it.

There are some very important things about Christ we need to remember.

How do you fight a battle that is spiritual in nature. 

Failure often comes to our lives but not because that is what Christ wants but because we are unprepared. 

There is often a gap between when we hear and when we do. 

How do you experience the Holy Spirit? Is he allowed to work through you.

Sometimes there is a lag or gap between hearing and doing.  

What you allow in your head will determine the person you are.

Do you see yourself as one of God's sheep?

It is one thing to receive blessings from God but do you know you can be a blessing to God.

What is the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. 

Understand the brevity of life and how to use that time well. 

Do you see God in all His glory?  It is all around us. He talks to us in so many ways and yet we don't seem to hear him. 

Does your life draw people to Jesus because he has the center place in your life.

This life can be filled with useless activity with no real eternal purpose. We need to put God at the center of all we are and all we do.

If Christ were writing a letter to you or to us what would He Say?

There are many things we can learn from the lives of soldiers that would make us more effective in our Christian lives and better prepared to fight the spiritual battle we are called to fight.
